Whether it’s a birthday, special occasion, or just an excuse to try something new, our Fermentation Parties are a fun, hands-on way to learn fermentation skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Here’s how it works:

Group size: 5–6 people
Price: £40 per person
Host goes free with 5 or more paying guests
Location: At FermenTABLE HQ or at your place (whatever suits you best!)

What’s included:

2 hours of fermentation fun
All ingredients, equipment and expert guidance
Tastings of delicious ferments (kraut, kombucha, kefir, and more)
Each person takes home their own jar to ferment and enjoy

The food served by @wastenotrowan was incredible. I would thoroughly recommend one of Catalina’s fermentation workshops not only are they fun and informative but you come away with two ferments and a host of knowledge to make your own at home and improve your gut microbiome.
