We will arrive with all the vegetables and instruments needed and lead your family and friends through the wonder of fermentation, teaching new skills and sharing a taster session of different fermented foods and drinks.

New for 2025! Book your online ‘one to one’ fermentation class.
Cost: £40. Duration 1.5 hours

This class will have a demonstration of making two ferments of your choice (kombucha, water kefir, milk kefir, sauerkrauts, fermented mushrooms, fermented lemons, fermented chocolate truffles, fermented red lentil dip with miso, etc.) and includes support with your future ferments that you learn in the class.
