I went to the Feast and Ferment workshop in Cambridge . Thoroughly enjoyable and Catalina was a great host and teacher. The food served by @wastenotrowan was incredible. I would thoroughly recommend one of Catalina’s fermentation workshops not only are they fun and informative but you come away with two ferments and a host of knowledge to make your own at home and improve your gut microbiome. I will certainly be attending more in the future . Thank you Catalina

Brilliant workshop! Catalina was so knowledgeable. Great balance of theory and practice. And a delicious tasting session at the end to give us lots of ideas to go home and try out. Really good value for money!
