If you would like to learn how to prepare your own probiotics, like kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, water kefir, and also learn how to improve your gut health, have some fun and connect with a sustainable and food waste-conscious community, this fermentation workshop is for you.
We will help you to learn useful skills for keeping a happy and healthy microbiome and reducing inflammation. We will cover topics such as cultured condiments, lactic fermentation and dairy ferments. You will learn amazing skills used for thousands of years that have been proven to keep you healthy. The cost is £40 per two hour workshop, including a tasting session.
