Fermentation Workshop at The Gog

We’re thrilled to announce that Catalina from FermenTable will be running a fermentation workshop at The Gog on the 17 of January, where you will learn about probiotics, like kimchi, sauerkraut, milk and water kefir, kombucha and other condiments.

If you would like to learn how to improve your gut health, have some fun and connect with a sustainable and food waste-conscious community, this fermentation workshop is for you. Catalina will help you to learn useful skills for keeping a happy and healthy microbiome and reducing inflammation, covering topics such as cultured condiments, lactic fermentation and dairy ferments. You will learn amazing skills used for thousands of years that have been proven to keep you healthy.

This brilliant new event will take place at The Gog Farm Shop (in The Shack) in Stapleford, south of Cambridge.
