
Fermentation Workshop at The Gin Laboratory
We’re thrilled to announce a unique opportunity to learn about lacto-fermented vegetables at The Gin Laboratory in Cambridge on Friday the 11th of April 2025.
Catalina Brumann from FermenTABLE, will teach you the basics of lactic acid fermentation and the benefits of fermented foods for the Gut Microbiome. The workshop includes a free Gin & Tonic on arrival (alcoholic or Non-alcoholic), a £5.00 voucher towards the cost of a Gin bottle from the Gin Laboratory and you will produce 2 jars of lacto-fermented vegetables to take home.
This brilliant new event will take place at The Gin Laboratory in Green Street in Central Cambridge.
The cost of this workshop is £48.00 and includes all the materials.
