
Kimchi-making Fermentation Workshop and Ferment Tasting Session
If you would like to learn how to prepare your own probiotics, like kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, water kefir, and also learn how to improve your gut health, have some fun and connect with a sustainable and food waste-conscious community, this fermentation workshop is for you.
Experienced teacher Catalina will help you to learn useful skills for keeping a happy and healthy microbiome and reducing inflammation. You will cover topics such as cultured condiments, lactic fermentation and dairy ferments. You will learn amazing skills used for thousands of years that have been proven to keep you healthy. The cost is £36 for a 1.5 hour long workshop, including a tasting session.

Taught by an experienced fermentation enthusiast, this workshop will cover the science behind fermentation, as well as practical tips and techniques for getting started at home. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of fermented foods and drinks, ferment your own kimchi during the workshop and take the jar home to enjoy.
