Experienced teacher Catalina will help you to learn useful skills for keeping a happy and healthy microbiome and reducing inflammation. You will cover topics such as cultured condiments, lactic fermentation and dairy ferments. You will learn amazing skills used for thousands of years that have been proven to keep you healthy. The cost is £42 per two hour workshop, including a tasting session with some amazing ingredients like fermented apples, fermented chocolates, fermented cashew and miso paste, kombucha, water kefirs, fermented ketchup etc.
